Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise measurements and cuts.
  • Build and install frameworks, doors, flooring, and cabinetry.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred.

Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper

Job Summary: Our company is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team and keep our office and financials running smoothly. This role is in-person.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online, including AP, AR, and project expenses.
  • Assist with month-end reconciliation and payroll processing.
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly.
  • Support the team with scheduling, data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Highly organized, self-motivated, and strong communicator.

Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or administrative experience.

Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.

Construction industry experience a plus.

Superintendent

Job Summary: We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee daily field operations, ensuring construction activities are executed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment and coordinating with the Director of Construction to achieve successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee on-site construction activities, implement plans according to specifications, and troubleshoot field issues while coordinating with Director of Construction
  • Conduct daily quality inspections, verify work meets D56 standards, identify and correct deficiencies, and maintain comprehensive photo documentation
  • Enforce company safety policies, perform regular safety inspections, and maintain all required safety documentation and incident reporting
  • Direct subcontractor activities, coordinate multiple trades to optimize workflow, and verify compliance with project requirements and schedules
  • Execute daily work according to Three-Week Lookahead, track progress against milestones, and communicate schedule impacts
  • Complete detailed daily reports in HouzzPro documenting activities, labor, materials, progress, and change orders while updating project statuses

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of construction superintendent/field supervisor experience
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Experience with residential and commercial construction projects
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency with construction documentation; HouzzPro experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for daily on-site presence

Project Manager

Job Summary: We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to successfully execute construction projects from initial handoff through completion. This role ensures adherence to established budgets, schedules, and quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships, site safety, and effective team coordination throughout all phases of construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout, executing according to established budgets, scopes, and schedules
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules including three-week lookahead while coordinating subcontractor schedules and site logistics
  • Oversee daily field operations including material deliveries, equipment, manpower, and site safety compliance with OSHA requirements
  • Implement quality control programs, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate with inspection agencies and building officials
  • Maintain regular client communication with detailed progress updates, financial reporting, and change order processing
  • Direct field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers while conducting productive site meetings and building strong stakeholder relationships

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of construction project management experience with commercial and residential projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, sequences, and ability to read construction documents
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to be on-site daily
