Skilled Carpenter

Job Summary: Our company is looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team and contribute to the construction and remodeling of residential and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise measurements and cuts.
  • Build and install frameworks, doors, flooring, and cabinetry.
  • Operate power tools and ensure safety measures are followed.
  • Work independently and with a team to complete high-quality projects.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred.

MEP Technician

Job Summary: Our company is looking for an experienced MEP Technician to join our team and handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to lay out and execute MEP work.
  • Rough in, install, connect, and finish mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and components.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform quality and function checks on completed work.
  • Follow safety protocols, including lockout/tagout, and make sure all work meets applicable codes.
  • Work independently and with other trades to complete high-quality projects.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of MEP installation methods, materials, and codes (NEC, IPC, IMC).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MEP tools and testing equipment.
  • 3+ years of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing experience preferred.
