Carpenter

Job Summary: Our company is looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team and contribute to the construction and remodeling of residential and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise measurements and cuts.
  • Build and install frameworks, doors, flooring, and cabinetry.
  • Operate power tools and ensure safety measures are followed.
  • Work independently and with a team to complete high-quality projects.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of construction methods and materials.

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

3+ years of carpentry experience preferred.

MEP Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

Job Summary: D56 Construction & Consulting is looking for an experienced MEP Tech to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on residential and commercial projects. The right person reads blueprints and schematics accurately, troubleshoots system issues, and holds all work to code and quality standards. Must be within a 20-minute drive of the Middletown, PA area.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, connect, and terminate MEP components and systems on new construction, additions, and remodels.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications to execute precise layouts. T
  • roubleshoot and repair MEP systems, performing quality and function checks on completed work.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage tools, materials, and inventory efficiently.
  • Document daily progress, photograph completed work, and report project or safety concerns to your supervisor.
  • Coordinate with other trades and team members to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP installation methods and techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics.
  • Proficiency with MEP tools and testing equipment. Familiarity with applicable codes (NEC, IPC, IMC as relevant) and a safety-conscious mindset.
  • Must provide own tools.
  • Must be within a 20-minute drive of the Middletown, PA area.
